TERMS OF USE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Anisur Rahaman ("Publisher," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Nexus Protocol mobile application. By accessing the application, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the App, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the App through automated or non-human means; (4) you will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. SOLANA ECOSYSTEM ACKNOWLEDGMENT

As a dApp within the Solana ecosystem, you acknowledge that we do not control the Solana blockchain or your private keys. Transactions are irreversible once submitted to the network.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Bangladesh. Anisur Rahaman and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
